Bendy Wick Fire Hoop Attachment

A very useful wick that can be added to almost any hoop to turn it into a fire hoop.

SKU HOOPS0006 Tags , , ,

Bendy Wicks can be used to turn any ordinary hoop into an awesome flaming prop.

Made in the UK they use quality components that are designed to take knocks and the steel rope limits heat transfer to the clips.

Completely detachable you can take these off and put them as needed so you no longer need a regular hoop and fire hoop, just one plus Bendy Wicks.

The wick is 50mm wide and around 35mm diameter which gives a good flame. We would recommend between 3 and 6 wicks depending on the effect you want.

Available in 2 sizes to fit different sized hoops.

Please note the price is per wick.

There is just no downside to these…
I originally bought a sectional fire hoop but it honestly wasn’t for me; the hoop size sounded fine in theory but was too big once you added the size of the wicks on, plus you had to get used to the weight and feel of the new hoop and it was heavy and I outgrew it after a few burns.
These, on the other hand, are just fantastic, you can chuck them on any size hoop you fancy (I had the 20mm set and they still work fine on a 16mm hoop by the way, just use a little grip tape), you can use as many or as few of the wicks as you like, you can even put them in the centre of hoops to allow hoops to acts as isolation hoops. I have dropped mine numerous times and I did have one that broke, however, I contacted bendywicks and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked so the customer service is excellent and my other 5 wicks have never been an issue. I honestly feel like that breakage was a genuinely rare occurrence.
If you are thinking of branching into fire, I would recommend you go for bendywicks over a fixed fire hoop. You’ll be more comfortable trying fire with a hoop that you are already familiar with, you’ll have way more options for fun as well as progression as your skills grow.
