Contact Juggling

Contact Juggling is a form of juggling where the ball remains in contact with the performers body at all times. It may involve a single ball being rolled around and manipulated or can also be multiple balls. Performers tend to use the clear acrylic balls which give off the impression of moving themselves when done well. Practice balls are ideal for beginners as it doesn’t matter so much if they are dropped.
