Here at Cascade we are aware that a lot of what we are doing as a business is not good for the environment. With a lot of props and equipment using resources and materials that are not part of a closed loop cycle.

With that in mind starting from 2020 we have chosen to donate 1% of all sales from our website and store to environmental based charities. We see this as a tax for being in business. The money will be given whether or not we make a profit. This will be made on a quarterly basis and you will be able to find out which charities we support by keeping up to date with our blog.

While the best materials for certain products are unfortunately not good for the planet one of things we have decided is to focus primarily on quality of props. We believe by offering higher quality items it means that purchases become more considered and also that they last longer. So not only are the products great to play with they should also be useable for a long time reducing the need to replace them.

We understand that we cannot reduce our impact on the planet to zero but we hope that by choosing to buy through us we can reduce it and try to run our business in as positive way as possible.
