Product prices are fully inclusive of delivery, we reserve the right to change this at a future date. Prices are honoured at the time of purchase but may be subject to variation without notice. Cascade Juggling take no responsibility for any such accidents, injuries or death arising from the use of any such products. By purchasing you are responsible for assessing your proficiency in the use of the prop and it is recommended practice with non-dangerous props is undertaken before progressing.
All use of products bought from this website are done so at your own risk.
For the purchase of fire products and other products deemed dangerous you must be 18 years of age or older. Any purchases or use of such items by persons under the age of 18 must be done so under the supervision of a responsible adult.
It is the responsibility of the owner to purchase the appropriate insurance for their needs when using dangerous props.

Any information received by Cascade Juggling is used solely for the purpose of supplying equipment and will not be passed to any third parties except for the facilitating of payment processing and delivery booking.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Ownership of products transfers to customer upon receipt of delivery. Delivery will be carried out to the provided address at purchase, the responsibility for the accuracy of which lies with customer. Any damage resulting from transit should be noted with courier and conveyed to Cascade Juggling as soon as possible. Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days provided they are in re-saleable condition as received. Faults of products are covered for a period of 12 months from date of receipt.
