These large snake fire poi give off huge flames and look super impressive!

These fire snakes are made to a high standard and the massive fire ‘wings’ they give off are going to impress your audience.

Each snake is made from 180cm of 9mm fire rope and finished with a 50mm head of wick, all this adds up to over 30cm of burn area.

15cm of tough ball chain connects the snakes to double finger loops, we advise you to keep these poi moving to begin with!

These give off large sheets of flame and the wicks soak up a good amount of fuel resulting in good burn times.

We recommend only experienced spinners use these poi.

I was concerned that I was going to feel a bit limited by these as I thought the chain looked rather short. After a go however, they are not limiting at all... not unless you are dead-set on doing hyper loops and contact stuff anyways! They really are lovely to use and create really impressive flames (always a show stopper during performances). The only thing I would advise people to think about is a) given that the flames are so big - this is not an ideal set for new fire spinners, I think it might be just a tad intimidating and b) they are HEAVY. The braids on these are chunky, as are the heads, so by the time you add the fuel, they weigh a lot. Totally love them though, would definitely buy again.
