This is a fun glow in the dark version of the popular Neo Flower Sticks by Juggle Dream.
Both the handsticks and shaft of the flower stick are charged by light and then when it gets dark will glow and makes for a very fun juggling prop both during the day and at night.
It features grippy silicone to make catches easier and the tassels at either end slow the spin down so they play slower than devil sticks.
